| Hi, my name is Kane Anderson and I am the Director of Klogic Fitness. I have been working in the fitness industry for over 7 years and have been helping people achieve their goals and get in to the best shape of their lives in a relax/challenging environment. It is a great passion of mine to see KLogic grow as a company and to help my clients reach their goals and become confident, happy and positive towards life. I provide my clients an affordable, positive and realistic approach to training and unlike many other trainers, I have the life experience and the knowledge to get you to where you want to be.
Areas of expertise include: One on one personal training, group fitness, kids fitness, strength and conditioning, weight loss, injury rehabilitation, post pregnancy and sports specific.
Personal Training
We offer affordable Personal training with no memberships, no joining fees, no contracts and no pressure. All sessions are by appointment only and range from 30mins, 45mins and 1 hour session. You can pay by the session or in advance and there are packages to suit all individuals. How many times you train is up to you. Some people work out daily, and others once a week. We will happiply taylor your session time, work out and nutrition around your own personal needs, wants and most importantly your overall fitness goals.
Group Training
Group Classes are structured upon simple yet effective exercises performed in a fun and challenging environment. Group Training can be tough, and we do expect you to give 100%. We cater to all fitness levels and a broad range training goals (weight loss, strength & allround fitness). Sessions last for 1 hour and vary from strength and conditioning, boxing, body weight circuits and cardio sessions.
Kids Fitness
We offer fun and affordable exercise programs and games for kids to help confidence, co-ordination and most of all an overall positive association with exercise and a healthy living.
Nutrition/Supplements
Nutrition is an extremely important aspect of weight loss/muscle gain. You get out what you put in, so if you’re eating unhealthy foods on a daily basis, you are unlikely to achieve the health and fitness goals that you have set for yourself. At Klogic we offer nutritional advice and supplements which are only of the highest standard. The use of supplements will greatly improve the muscle gain, weight loss and general well being when working in collaboration with the exercise plan.

Kross training is a great way to condition different muscle groups, develop a new set of skills, and reduce boredom that creeps in after months of the same exercise routines. Cross training also allows you the ability to vary the stress placed on specific muscles or even your cardiovascular system.
Weight/Tone training is a great way to increase muscle tone, size and increase strength, it also provides significant functional benefits and improvement in overall health... a great way to help loose weight too.
Kardio training is a great way to loose weight and increase cardiovascular fitness, raising your heart rate has been scientifically proven to help shed those unwanted kilograms.
